Returns

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it through your customer account. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

  • All UK returns are free of charge. For International returns customers will cover the cost.

  • We get it, sometimes a gift isn't quite right. You can return a gifted item as long as it’s unworn, in original packaging, and you have the order number (ask the gift giver if needed).

  • If there’s a problem with your piece, please contact us before sending it back. Include your order number and a photo if possible, we’ll make it right, fast.

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your order and place a new one.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. We aim to process returns within 14 working days (30 max during peak times). Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.

  • We’re a small but mighty team, and we're here to help. If you have questions about your order, returns, or just need a little extra support, drop us a message. We’ll always try our best to sort things quickly and kindly.

  • Please ensure that you state you are "returning to seller" in the reason for export field on your postage label.

    We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for return as we cannot refund/exchange items that don't reach us safely.

    All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Please note we do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges.
