As soon as your order goes through, we’ll send you an email confirmation with all the details. If you can’t spot it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder, it might have landed there. Still nothing? Just pop us a message via our Contact Us form and we’ll happily re-send it.

Once your order is placed, it heads straight into processing so we can get it to you as quickly as possible. This means we’re not able to make changes or cancel it. If something’s not quite right, you can return it once it arrives. You’ve got 14 days to let us know if there’s an issue.

Forgot to tick the gift wrap box? It happens! Drop us a message as soon as you can and if your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to add it in. Want to include a message? Just include it in the notes at checkout or email us straight after ordering.

We can only ship to one address per order at the moment. If you're treating more than one person (lucky them!), please place separate orders for each address.

We accept all major payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Absolutely. We use Shopify Payments, one of the most secure online platforms. All payments are encrypted and we never store your card details. Our site is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant (the gold standard of online security).

VAT (20%) is included in the price for all UK orders. For international orders, VAT and duties may be included at checkout depending on the country.

Yes, we do! Add our signature gift wrapping for £5 per order. Just tick the box in your bag before checkout.
